CT Backstage At Lollapalooza: Cage The Elephant

Amazing first day at Lollapalooza in Chicago, despite the threat of rain all afternoon, it finally came down just 10 minutes into the headline performances from Muse and Lorde. A few bands had their flights cancelled the night, George Ezra hired a private jet to get to Lolla and made it just in time for his mid afternoon performance. The big news was former Oasis member and lead singer Liam Gallagher storming off stage after just 3 songs. He tweeted out it was a vocal issue, his fans were not happy.

We had a chance to chat with Brad Shultz of Cage The Elephant, he spoke about their first Lollapalooza appearance on the same small stage Lady Gaga performed on, plus he discussed what the reason behind their new album Unpeeled of some re-imagined Cage tunes. Here the interview here:
